What kind of paper do you use? TOP We use professional Fuji Crystal paper for all of our announcements and invitations. This paper is professional quality and we print at a professional photo lab. All of our photo cards have a lustre finish. It is quite beautiful. *We can print on glossy or glossy metallic if requested. Please let us know when ordering.
What size do my pictures have to be? TOP We recommend your pictures be unedited and at least 300 dpi or 1800 by 1200 pixels. Low resolution images tend to look great on your computer screen, but print badly. Please e-mail us at purpledaisypress@yahoo.com if you are having trouble or need more information!
When will I receive my proof? TOP You will receive your proof usually 24 hours after purchasing and sending your pictures to purpledaisypress@yahoo.com! When you send your pictures, you will receive an e-mail from us letting you know we got your pictures. Your proof will soon follow! Also, we will make unlimited changes to your photo card until you are completely satisfied!
Can I use professional photographs? TOP Yes, you may use professional photographs taken by a photographer with consent from the photographer. You must get your photographer to fill out a consent form before we will create your photo cards. Purple Daisy Press will not be responsible for using photos taken by a professional photographer without consent. Please e-mail us for more information at purpledaisypress@yahoo.com!
Do I need to edit my pictures before sending them? TOP No, we will make all changes to your pictures. We will enhance them using our professional photo software. We will also make any color changes to your pictures as designated when you fill out the order form.
Can't decide on just one? Send us several and we will choose!
Can you make changes to a design? TOP Yes, we can make changes to a design for no additional charge. Types of changes include: colors, fonts, photo placement, wording etc....
